Devotional Message: “The Power of Trusting God”
Trusting in God is more than a feeling — it’s a posture of the heart. It’s choosing to believe that God is faithful, even when the path is unclear. Jeremiah reminds us that the one who trusts in the Lord is blessed — empowered to prosper, to flourish, and to remain steady through life’s storms.
The world teaches us to place our hope in money, connections, or abilities. But those who make God their source of hope will never be put to shame. They are like trees planted by the waters, drawing from a never-failing source. Even in drought, they remain green and fruitful.
As this week comes to a close, anchor your hope afresh in the Lord. He sees your heart, honors your trust, and will bless you in ways no one else can.
Prayer:
Father, I put my trust in You today. You are my hope, my strength, and my provider. Help me not to rely on my own understanding, but to lean completely on You. Thank You for the blessings that follow those who trust in You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
